General Principles
Respect and Courtesy: Treat all members and guests with respect, dignity, and courtesy. Avoid personal attacks, insults, or demeaning remarks.
Inclusivity: Foster an inclusive environment where all individuals, regardless of background, identity, or experience level, feel welcome and valued.
Encouragement: Offer constructive and supportive feedback. The goal of every evaluation is to help a speaker grow, not to tear them down.
Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude. Be willing to help others and contribute to the club's success.
Meeting and Club Operations
Timeliness: Arrive on time for meetings and be ready to fulfill your assigned role.

Participation: Actively participate in meetings and club activities. This includes volunteering for roles, offering evaluations, and helping to promote the club.
