Ask the front desk to let you into the Event Room on the bottom floor.
Using the cart, get the wooden crate, banner, banner stand, and podium.
Take supplies down to the DTC room which is down the hallway.

Setup podium at the head of the table
Brag speaker box and extension power cable. Take the speaker out of the box and place the speaker in the middle of the table. Connect USB-C cable to the speaker and connect to the extension power which you can plug into the wall.
Turn on TV, computer and keyboard (button on the right side)
Set TV to Video conference or input 3. If doesn't work, check to see if HDMI cable is connected to the computer and to the TV.
Enter password 'DTC"
The speaker should automatically connect. If not, repair the speaker with the computer's Bluetooth.
Open Zoom. Login information should be saved. If not, see Google Cal invite or Member Info Gsheet for login and password.
Add Zoom participants.
Add hosts and/or co-costs
Place on the table:
Timer color sheets
Table topic questions
Speaker feedback sheets
Word of the days
Close Zoom, turn off computer, keyboard and TV.
Put items on the table back into folder and/or the wooden crate
Breakdown banner and banner stand and podium
Turn off room lights
Take items back to the Event room. See the front desk to let you in.
